Ordered three outfits but got three beads in the mail

I ordered 3 outfits from this website evefashion.co and spent $20.16. When the package showed up it was just three beads in clear little bags. Not clothes or anything close to it.

The return address on the package says 20 Haypress rd suite 313 in Cranbury, NJ. I tried emailing [email protected] but nobody wrote back.

Feels like a total scam. I just want my money back but I don't think they're gonna do anything.

Ordered a dress on sale and got charged extra shipping

Was a sale on a dress for my wife. Ordered through the shop app, then was made to pay postage due on an item that was supposed to be free shipping. And what I ordered was not in the package. The email is [email protected] and they gave an address Ste 313 20 hapless rd, Cranbury, NJ 08512. Lost 27.46 dollars total. Just felt off from the start.
