Ordered clothes from Evelyn & Rowe, got cheap items from China instead

I ordered two items from Evelyn & Rowe, which says it's a boutique in Chicago. It took two weeks for the stuff to get here, and it turns out it was shipped from China. The clothes were the wrong size and the quality was terrible, just shedding everywhere.

I tried to get a refund within their 30-day period. I sent five emails asking how to return it and they ignored every one. Only after I filed a claim with my credit card company did they finally email me back. They said I can't return anything to their Chicago boutique. I have to pay crazy shipping costs to send it back to China.

I told them that wasn't acceptable because their clothing is inferior and sized wrong. They need to send me a postage-paid return label. They refused. I looked into it and the Chicago boutique they claim you're shopping from doesn't even exist. I found a lot of other people have the same complaint about this scam happening over and over.
