Ordered shoes from a site that ignored my refund request

I ordered two pairs of shoes on March 11, 2026 from evelyngracevancouver.com. They came on March 21. The size chart was wrong so I asked for a refund on March 22, which was way inside their 30 day return window.

They just never answered at first. I had to follow up. Then they offered me a discount. I said no I want a refund. Then they said I was past the 30 day limit. I showed them my original email from March 22 but they still said no. We went back and forth forever. I think they wait on purpose to answer so they can use the 30 day thing against you. Lost $107.

Ordered a cardigan online but the quality was nothing like the pictures

My daughter found this cute cardigan on the website evelyngracevancouver.com. She looked around and didn’t see anything weird about the company so I went ahead and ordered it. When it came, the fabric was way cheaper than what they showed online. The quality is just terrible.

They say they have a 30-day money back guarantee but that’s not really true. You have to pay to ship it back yourself. I get that it’s in the return policy but it still feels wrong. They’re selling stuff that doesn’t match what you see on the site. I lost $107.92 on this.
