Ordered rings from Evercoven in February, still hasn't shipped and no refund.

I saw their ad on Facebook and liked the product. I ordered a set of rings for my wife from Evercoven on February 2. The website said it was guaranteed shipping in 5 to 7 days.

It's now March 27th and it still hasn't even shipped. I emailed them and on February 16 they said they were backed up because they went viral and it would ship soon. After that, they just stopped responding to my emails completely. I asked to cancel the order and get my $50.00 back and they refused to answer. They just won't respond to any request for a refund.
