Ordered PopMart figures and got cheap plastic counterfeits

I ordered from their website everfulwholesale.com. Spent about $203.86. When the package came I opened it and right away I could tell something was off.

None of the items have the PopMart logo anywhere. No QR code either. The figures are made of really cheap plastic, not like the real ones at all. They are clearly counterfeit. I just want my money back but I don't know how to get in touch with anyone.
