Online clothing order looked nothing like the picture
I ordered something and it took about 3 weeks to show up. What I got was not even close to the picture. It was a very cheap knock off, obviously cheap crap from China. So I emailed them at [email protected] asking for a full refund like their website says.
They replied and said I would have to pay for return shipping to China myself, which would be about $30-40. Then they offered that as a courtesy I could keep the item and donate it, and they would give me a 20% refund. Total scam. I lost $59.95 on this.
