Advertised Avon Skin So Soft but sent something else entirely

I feel this company is a scam and is fraudulent. They advertise Avon Skin So Soft on Facebook and then send not only a different product but a much smaller size. Total rip off.

First of all you advertise a product and then you send a completely different product. Not the same value and not the same size. They only offered a $2 refund. Poor customer service and deceitful ads. Buyer beware.
