Pop-up ad for compression socks turned into a tracking fee scam

I saw a pop-up ad on the internet for compression socks from a company called Everstride. So I ordered a pair. After a few weeks waiting I started getting emails saying my order was on the way.

I went to check the tracking on my order and it sent me to a site called SHOP. To keep tracking I had to pay them $1.99 first, and then they said I would be charged $11.99 a month for membership. I didn't do that.

Then I checked my credit card statement and saw my payment to Everstride already went through. So I guess I am reporting two scammers here, Everstride and SHOP. Never got the socks.
