Ordered from a TikTok ad, never got a refund and got extra charges

I saw an item on sale marketed on TikTok and placed an order for $49.95 on February 17th. I realized it was a scam right after and tried to get a refund immediately. They said 7-10 business days, but I still haven't gotten my money back.

After that, I was charged two different $29.99 payments from the same area and town. I never bought anything from that state or anything that cost that amount. It made me have to get a new debit card. The business email, [email protected], is just refusing to respond to any of my messages now. I still don't have my refund. I'm going to upload the bank charges I think are from them to their account in Arizona, but I don't have a solid address for them.
