Ordered a wig a month ago, never shipped and now they won't reply

I placed an order on everydaywigs.com almost a month ago. Every time I check, they promise it's about to ship but it never does. So I finally asked to cancel and get my money back.

That was over $300. Now they've completely ghosted me. No replies to my emails or texts. Nothing. It feels like they just took the money and vanished.
