Ordered a lamp set and now no one answers at all

I ordered a lamp set for $254. They told me it would ship a month later from the manufacturer because it was on back order.

It’s been over two months now. I’ve tried email, live chat, phone calls. Nothing. Zero response.

No item, no contact, no refund. Just nothing.
