Bought boots from EVOComfort that weren't as advertised, can't get a return
I saw a Facebook post for EVOComfort that took me to their website. They sell boots claiming to have Vibram soles and arch support. They don't. The soles aren't Vibram and they're completely flat, no support at all. They advertise free returns and 24 hour customer service.
The boots did show up, but they weren't what was advertised. I've tried five or six times to return them, since it's supposed to be free. At first I got a couple emails back saying they'd process the return. Then they just stopped answering me. This has been going on since January 13th.
I looked at their Facebook page and saw other customers saying the same thing, that they felt cheated and then got ghosted. There's no phone number on their website either, and customer support wouldn't give me one.
