Ordered a bear for my grandson, never got it after they took my money

I ordered the Evora Koala from evoraofficial.com for my grandson back on 6/21/25. He has anxiety and I thought it would help. They took the money right away, a total of $55.

After they had the money, I got responses saying it had mailed. It was long after. My grandson never received the bear. I tried the support email, [email protected], and nothing came of it. I paid and got nothing.
