Signed up for credit repair and now the guy won't respond like he promised

I signed up for this credit repair service back in October 2025. We agreed on bi-weekly payments and I made them all on time. The guy kept promising way more than he ever actually provided.

When I needed to reach him he just wouldnt respond. Then he finally said his phone number changed and I could only reach him through that new number he gave me. Not online or anything. I lost $2500 total. The website is Excellence Financial Group llc and his email is [email protected]. Address they gave is in Chino CA.
