Got a call about a loan I never applied for

I got a call from someone saying they were from Executive Lending Unit. They claimed I was pre-approved for a loan, but I never applied for anything. They couldn't tell me anything else about who they were, just kept saying "Executive Lending Unit."

They said they needed more of my information to do a 'soft credit check' and I refused. I wasn't giving out my social security number or anything like that. When I wouldn't give them the info, they just hung up on me.

Then the same number, (205) 537-7215, called right back. It was a different person trying the same thing all over again.

Getting constant loan scam calls that won't stop even when I ask

I keep getting these calls several times a day from a guy saying he's Paul Johnson. He leaves a message saying he saw I was looking for a personal loan and he can work on an approval. He tells me to dial one to talk or call back at 855-3572024.

I've asked to be taken off the calling list but it doesn't do any good. When I finally get a live person on the line, all they'll say is they're from "Executive Lending Unit." They won't tell me anything else unless I give them all my personal info for a 'soft credit check,' like my name and social security number. It doesn't make sense and I want the calls to stop.

Getting daily calls from Executive Lending Unit even after asking to stop

I've been called every single day for months by Executive Lending Unit. Their number is 302-445-3606. They use different phone numbers that look real. I've asked them to remove me from their list at least a dozen times. They're always very pleasant and tell me they've added me to the do not call list. But I still get one call every day. It just doesn't stop.
