Got a weird call about a loan approval I never asked for

I got a call from someone named Caroline Brooks. She said she was with the executive loan renew unit. She said they finished reviewing my file and I was approved for a business loan of $239,000 for 60 months.

She left a message saying her direct line is 866-878-6251. She said the approval was time sensitive and I had to call by the end of the week, February 14th, or I'd have to reapply. She mentioned something about a personalized approval notice or a renewal letter, which I never got.

The whole thing felt off. I never applied for any business loan. I don't know who this is or how they got my information.

She left a direct line, 855-909-0804. The caller ID showed a different number, (908) 564-3187. She said if I was looking for funding or to renew a loan to press one or call back. She mentioned having a personalized approval notice ready.

I never applied for a business loan with them. I didn't get any letter. The whole thing felt off. I don't have a business.
