Got a text about a loan approval I never applied for

This Kiara Navarro from Executive loans review unit texted me. Said they just finished reviewing my file and have a status update. That I'm showing an approval for 39,000 dollars with a 60 month term. I never applied for any loan with them. It felt off right away. I didn't reply or give any information. Just an unwanted message out of nowhere.
