Fake toner invoices for a copier we never ordered

Executive Office Supply sent our library toner for our leased copier. The thing is, no one in our organization ordered it. But the invoices had our correct copier model and even the name of a real staff member on them.

We started questioning the expense after the second invoice came. The frequency of them made us look further. That’s when we figured out this company was scamming our library. They got us for about $6,249. Their number is (800) 325-3000 and they use a PO Box in Diamond Bar, CA.

We never asked for this toner. It just showed up.
