Ordered XL dress shirts that fit like a medium

I ordered 3 dress shirts from executivebasic.com, paid $104. They sent them and they were supposed to be XL. I tried them on and they didn't fit at all, more like a medium size. I let them know right away. They said no refund, would not let me send them back either. Felt like a total scam. I emailed [email protected] about it and nothing. Just stuck with these shirts I can't wear.
