Ordered jumpsuits from Exirae on TikTok and never got them.
I saw Exirae advertised on TikTok as a wholesale shop. They had a deal for 8 sets of jumpsuits for $24, before tax and shipping. I placed my order and paid $29 total.
It's been almost two months now and I haven't received anything. The tracking website they use doesn't seem legit at all. I'm not the only one, either. Other people have placed orders and haven't received them either. I just want my order or my money back.

Ordered from Exirae in November, never got my package or any reply
I saw an ad on ******** and the site exirae.com looked legit. So I went ahead and ordered a set from them on November 8, 2025. The charge for $27.69 went through.
I never got the package. Not a single thing. I tried reaching out to their customer service email, [email protected], but I never heard back. No communication at all after they took my money. It just feels like I paid and got completely ignored.
