Ordered items marked as delivered but never received them

I ordered from exirae.com and my money was taken, $73. My items were shown as delivered on their website but I never got anything. I contacted their customer service about it.

I even went to my local post office with the tracking number they provided. The post office said the number didn't exist in their system. It's like the tracking was fake. I tried to follow up but got nowhere. This was supposed to be an online purchase but I have nothing to show for it.
