Got a weird text about my credit report and a zero percent card

I got a text message from a phone number, 708-260-3939. It said they have my credit report from Experian and that they're trying to give me a zero percent credit card.

I never signed up for anything like this. It felt like a phishing attempt right away. The whole thing just seemed off. I didn't click any links or give any information, so I didn't lose any money, but it was still an unwanted message about my personal credit.
