Ordered fabric and never got it, no phone number to call

I placed an order for fabric on April 28th. The money came out of my bank already, but I never got anything from them. No email, no shipping notice, nothing.

The website says they have customer service hours but there is no phone number listed. I used the contact form on their site three times and nobody ever wrote me back. I still don't have the fabric and it's been a while now.
