Charged over $100 a month for an app that doesn't even work

I'm writing about the Fabulous wellness app. This app is completely broken. The home screen doesn't lead anywhere and you can't even log in on their website. My husband signed up for what was supposed to be $39.99 for the whole year.

Instead, they've been taking about $139.96 out of our account every single month. We are trying to cancel but it's impossible. You can't do it on the website or in the app. I contacted customer service to cancel and ask for our money back and they are just refusing. We're still trying to get this stopped.
