Facebook ad for kidney meds turned into a $198.70 problem

I saw an ad on Facebook with Elon Musk selling meds for nephrology stuff. It said buy 2 bottles for $29.00, then after I placed the order they said I was getting 5 bottles total plus shipping and handling for $198.70.

When the package showed up the label says if you take medication for health conditions talk to your doctor first. So I did and my physician said no way. I tried to return it and they told me it would cost too much with shipping and a restocking fee. Also they said even if I sent it back the day after I got it, it wouldn't make it within their 30-day return window. So I'm stuck with this stuff I can't even use.
