Ordered something from a Facebook ad and it never came

I saw an ad on Facebook and placed an order. The money came out of my account, $38 total. I never got what I ordered. It just never showed up.

When I tried to contact them about it, they sent me a tracking number. The number was fake, it didn't work or show anything. I still don't have my item or my money back.
