Ad on Facebook took my money and no way to contact them

I saw an ad on Facebook and bought something online. The billing had a different name on it which I thought was weird but I didn’t think too much about it at the time.

I paid $25 and the email they gave for customer service keeps bouncing back. Undeliverable. So I can’t get in touch with anyone. No product showed up and I don’t know who actually took my money.
