Ordered from a Facebook ad and it went to a town 12 hours away

I ordered something off a Facebook ad. The webpage seemed legit at the time. But then my order was delivered through Fedex to a town 12 hours away from where I live. The tracking number I got was not even in my name. I lost about 20 bucks on this. No company name on the page or anything. Just felt strange from the start.
