Charged extra after ordering from a Facebook ad

I saw an ad on Facebook for a stainless steel bottle opener. It was supposed to be $19.95 with free shipping.

But then $45.00 got added from some company with the phone number (614) 234-6442. So the total came to $64.99. I never agreed to that.

I had to dispute the pending charge and cancel my credit card because of it. Now I have to contact everyone I have on auto-pay to give them my new card number. It's a huge hassle.
