Weight loss patch ad on Facebook with no delivery

I saw an ad on Facebook for weight loss patches. It said buy 5, get 5 free for $55.95. I bought it on 5/18.

I sent them an email asking where my order was. They said it had to be cleared through customs. Then I sent another email because it still didn't show up. Haven't heard back from them at all.

So I'm out $67.14 now. No patches, no reply.
