Duplicate charge and impossible returns from a Facebook clothing ad

I saw this company advertising on Facebook as a high end boutique for women's clothes. I placed an order but the website was glitchy. The purchase button stayed open even after I ordered, so I thought it didn't go through. I ended with a duplicate charge.

I emailed them right away at the confirmation address to fix it, but got no reply. Then I got concerned when I saw the item was shipping from China. I found out you have to pay to ship returns back to China, even though they claim "easy returns." That doesn't seem easy or right to me. I'm out the money for the extra order and now I'm stuck with it.
