Bought a TV box from a Facebook ad that doesn’t even turn on

I saw this ad on Facebook for a TV box that was supposed to let me get channels. Sounded good so I ordered it. The person’s email was [email protected] and they had me pay through my Apple account.

Got the box and it just does nothing. Won’t even turn on. I tried plugging it in different ways but it’s dead. They charged me $45 for this thing and I feel like they overcharged me on my Apple account too. I don’t know how that works but the amount came out different than what I thought.

I called the number they gave which was (425) 971-4448 but nobody answers. No reply to my emails either. I just want my money back for this thing that doesn’t work.
