Text from someone saying they had my lost dog

I lost my dog and posted about it on a bunch of sites. Then I got a text from this email, [email protected], saying they had my dog but wouldn't give me the address until I paid them first. They just kept going on and on about it.

I was able to get their Venmo though. It's @dominique-luciano-3679. They're from Texas. I didn't pay them anything but it was just really messed up to mess with someone like that when I'm just trying to find my dog.
