Bought car parts from Facebook group admin and got banned for reporting them

I bought wheels and seats for my car from a Facebook group called Mx5 Miata parts buy sell trade. The seller was listed as an admin on the group so I figured it was safe. We talked and confirmed a bunch of details about the parts.

I paid $1300 through Apple Cash. They sent me tracking through something called fraternal logistics. The shipping website looks legit at first but then you notice the phone numbers are fake. When I went back to the group to post on the thread and warn other people the seller was a scammer they banned me immediately. No help at all. The seller is in Arizona.
