Paid three hundred dollars for a puppy I never got

I found a listing on Facebook Marketplace for a puppy and the person seemed legit. They had pictures and everything. So I sent them $300.00 through some payment thing they told me to use.

After I paid, they stopped answering my messages. Never got the puppy. I asked for my money back and they said no. They never told me it was nonrefundable when I was paying. Now I'm out the money and have nothing to show for it. Their number is (315) 256-0776 and they are supposedly in Lebanon, PA.
