Someone on Facebook Marketplace sent fake Zelle screenshots and I lost money

I was selling something on Facebook Marketplace and this person started messaging me. They sent screenshots showing money was pending in my account from their business account. It looked real enough at the time.

Then I got a message from a different number (302) 419-6782 pretending to be Zelle. They gave me a support number +1 (606) 232-0898 to call. The buyer was telling me they were on the phone with them too and that they'd done this before. They said I had to complete some process to get the money from a business account. That process was me sending money through Zelle to [email protected].

I know now I should've seen the red flags. But it all happened so fast and I was distracted. Ended up losing $1901. The buyer kept pushing and saying they were on the phone with Zelle support the whole time.
