Sent a deposit for car rentals and never got it back

I got a message on Facebook Messenger about car rentals. I sent in a deposit of $400 for two rentals. They just cancelled my order after that. I've asked for my deposit back so many times. They haven't returned it. The contact number was 1(787) 485-5886. Nothing. I'm out the $400.
