Wanted access to our computer said our network was hacked

Got a call from (855) 618-4483. Said they were tech support. Said our network was hacked. Asked if we used our computer for banking. Wanted to know how many devices we had on the network. Then wanted to access our network through some site www.trailer.net.

A warning popped up on the screen that we were hacked and to call that number for Microsoft to fix it. Looked very official. Before I let them go further I googled the number and saw it was used by hackers. Soon as I told the caller we thought it was a hack, he just hung up. Then the Facebook account went back to normal. Grateful I didn't trust the number and checked it out first.
