Paid for wheels and tires but seller stopped replying after I said no to insurance

I bought a set of wheels and tires off that Facebook group page for my car. Paid four hundred bucks for them. Seller said they'd ship through Fastenal logistics out of Arizona and I'd get them by May 24th.

Then I got a message from some company saying I needed to send them 200 dollars for insurance before they'd ship. They said I should buy it but I said no by email. Now the phone numbers on their page don't even work. I tried calling three times and left messages on their website too. No one gets back to me.
