Ordered something online and got the wrong item, lost $25

I saw this thing online, I don't even remember which card I used to pay for it. The website I ordered it from was either on Facebook or it was through my Bible app. I have pictures of the site.

The package actually showed up, but it wasn't what I ordered at all. So now I'm out $25.00. I don't know what to do about this.
