Paid for a dachshund puppy from a Facebook page and got nothing

I found this page on Facebook that was selling dachshund puppies. They said they were a breeder in Pittsburgh, PA. I sent them $300 for a puppy.

After I paid they kept making excuses. First they said shipping was delayed then they stopped answering. I never got a puppy and they won't give my money back. The whole thing was a scam.
