Paid for a reptile from a Facebook seller and got nothing

I found a seller on Facebook that said they were a business selling reptiles. They had a thousand followers so I thought they were legit. I contacted them about buying a reptile and they said they’d send me the animal and a cage and everything. I paid them 215 dollars.

The person never sent anything. No reptile, no cage, nothing they promised. I tried contacting the real business to complain and they told me that wasn’t them at all. So I got scammed. I want my money back and I want to press charges because I know I’m not the only one they did this to.
