Paid for lawn tractor parts on Facebook but seller vanished after Zelle payment

I tried to buy some lawn tractor parts from a guy on Facebook. He said he had the parts so I paid him $160 through Zelle. He wouldn't take PayPal which should have been a red flag.

It took him a couple days to send tracking info. The tracking website was rapidexpresstrack.org and I think it was fake. At first it looked normal but after a day or two it said the shipment was “held for insurance.” I tried to message him on Facebook but his account was gone. He wouldn't answer calls or texts either. I already knew Zelle has problems with fraud because once the money goes through you can't get it back.

Put a deposit on a puppy and then got ghosted after asking questions

I put a $100 deposit on a puppy I was supposed to pay the remaining upon delivery of the puppy. After I paid the deposit I then got a email from their “vet” for paper transfers who then ask for $100 and when I asked where the vet office was located or the name I got no response from her. So I texted the seller and they continued to send me multiple pictures and videos that where from another sellers site. I have not heard from them since I asked for my refundable deposit back.
