Paid for an order on Facebook and never got anything
I don't even know who the seller really was. It was just some page or ad on Facebook. I paid and then nothing showed up. No tracking, no item, no reply when I tried to ask about it.
I just want my money back but I don't even know who to contact.
Ordered pool chemicals and never got them
I sent them 5 emails asking for a refund and just got nothing back. No reply at all. It's been a while now and I'm just out the money.
