Bought skin so soft on Facebook never got the package

I saw this skin so soft stuff on Facebook and decided to buy it. It was 56 dollars. I paid for it and everything seemed fine at first.

But the package never came. I waited and waited and nothing showed up. I tried to figure out who the seller was but there was no real company name on the page. Just some person I guess. The address said Fairfield, OH but thats all I got.

I never got my money back or the product. Just wasted 56 bucks.
