Ordered 10 boxes but got charged for 16 and no refund yet

I ordered and paid for 10 boxes of this Moringa stuff I saw on Facebook. It said it was available at CVS pharmacy. But when I went to CVS the pharmacist said they never heard of it and it's not in the store.

They ended up charging me for 16 boxes instead of the 10 I ordered. I've sent at least 8 emails asking where to return the product and for my money back. They only responded asking for more info but never fixed the problem. Still waiting.

Ordered one bottle but they charged me for six and won't refund

I saw an ad on Facebook for something, it said 1 bottle for $39. So I ordered it. Then they slipped in that you actually have to get 6 bottles for that price. When I tried to back out it just processed immediately.

I called them and they said they cancelled it and issued me a refund. That was the 24 of June. I’ve called continuously since then and they just keep giving me the run around. Still no money back. I lost $239.
