Bought items from a girl on Facebook and she won't ship or refund

I have made several purchases with this girl all of which were going to be shipped together. I’ve waited since October to get this package and she keeps putting it off.

She recently told me the order shipped but cannot provide me with tracking or any other information. And she refuses to refund me my money. I lost about $652. Her phone number is (903) 392-1927 and she is in Gilmer, TX. I don't know what else to do.
