Facebook ad for dress sets that never showed up

I saw an ad on Facebook for those short with dress sets, they were only $25 so I ordered them. Got a tracking number from some company called Cimamc but it never actually delivered. Then they messaged me saying it was delivered but it wasn't.

I contacted them and now they want another $15 to resend the stuff. Other people are coming forward saying the same thing happened to them. So it's not just me.
