Ordered a boneless couch and still nothing after a month and a half

I bought this couch online, it was supposed to be a boneless couch. I paid $25.97. That was like a month and a half ago.

I keep getting the run around. They asked me not to turn it into my bank and to give them 24-48 hours. That was weeks ago. I have screen shots of all the conversations. Their email is [email protected] and I found them through Facebook. Still no couch and no refund.
