Ordered CDs twice and never got them, no refund offered

I ordered a song along with 2 CDs on 04/06/2026 and then my daughter ordered 2 more CDs on 05/11/2026. We still have not received any of them. I tried to get them to do something about it but they just keep saying it is the post office. After the second time I contacted them they still would not give me a refund. I asked and they just say it is the Post Office.

I did contact Pricilla about it and she said the same thing. They have not offered my refund nor will they when I ask. So I am out 397.48 dollars and have nothing to show for it.
